Refund and Returns Policy

In order to avoid exchanges due to sizing issues, please reach out to us at any time (via email, whatsapp, instagram dm, facebook messenger – you get the drift) before placing the order. Our team will help guide you with your exact size and fit. 

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO IT?

Customers can cancel / alter their order (in exchange for store credit) before the package is shipped or within 24 hours of their purchase from our website (whichever is earlier), by writing an email to [email protected] or whatsapp us on +91- 93541 19177.

Any requests received after the above mentioned period cannot be cancelled.

In any case, we do not offer refund. You can either avail store credit  or an immediate exchange on the product purchased. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN A PIECE ONCE I RECEIVED IT?

We understand how busy one gets, and that sometimes what you need some extra time deciding on a product – hence we are happy to offer a very simple and easy 15 days exchange policy to you.

You can conveniently return any item for store credit, within 15 days from the date of delivery

NOTE- To return an item, please email us or drop us a text ([email protected] / +91 93541 19177 ). Any returns made without informing may not be accepted.

THE PROCESS – ITS A VERY SMALL AND EASY ONE:

• Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Sapphira Jewels  packaging and tags still attached
• Please ensure all items are packed securely, to avoid any kind of damage in transit. Incase the products are poorly packed and damage in transit they will not qualify for exchange.
• Once the goods are packed, please intimate us about the same. Our shipping address is:

Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 15 days.

• Please allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the return process to be completed.
• And viola, we will email / whatsapp you a coupon code for the entire amount of the returned product, which can be used for a future purchase. Please note that the validity of such credit voucher codes is THREE months from date of issue, and under no circumstances will the validity be extended. 

ONE LAST THING, ARE ALL PRODUCTS LIABLE FOR EXCHANGE?

Please note that all products on sale or using any discount / offer, cannot be exchanged or refunded. The offer coupon is only valid once, and doesn’t apply on the exchange of any product.
